The event marked a significant milestone in our journey, and it wouldn’t have been as special without you there. Your presence was not just a show of support, but a testament to the close-knit community we’re fortunate to be part of. The successful launch of our new facility is, in part, a reflection of your unwavering support.

We have been enthusiastically preparing for this moment for 14 months, and seeing familiar faces in the crowd was heartwarming and truly meant the world to us. The conversations, shared laughter, and moments of awe were the cherries on top of a wonderfully memorable day.

Dear GBASO Family,

I am writing to you today with a heart full of gratitude and hope for the future of Green Bay Action Sports Organization. As the Executive Director of this incredible organization, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the transformative power of the new park is taking on. We have so many hard-working staff and volunteers doing everything they can to see us open our doors soon.

Our programs offer a safe and supportive environment for children and teens to explore the world of skateboarding, BMX, and other action sports. Through our classes and events, we teach them not only the physical skills required to excel in these activities, but also the values of perseverance, determination, and resilience. We encourage them to take risks, to push themselves beyond their limits, and to embrace their own unique style and creativity.

For many of the young people we serve, our organization is more than just a place to learn and practice their favorite sports. It is a community where they can find acceptance and belonging, where they can form friendships and connections that will last a lifetime. It is a refuge from the challenges and pressures of daily life, a place where they can escape and be themselves in an all-inclusive environment.

But none of this would be possible without the support of donors like you. Your generosity will allow us to open our doors very soon. Your donations are the lifeblood of our organization, and we are deeply grateful for each one of them.

Park Rules and Etiquette

• Riders use the park at your own risk. GBASO is not responsible for any injury.
• Helmets are mandatory, no exceptions!
• No Vaping!
• The use of personal protective equipment, including helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards, is mandatory.
• The use of profane or obscene language or any type of physical or verbal violence will result in the expulsion of the user concerned.
• Threatening, bullying, or intimidating language or behavior is prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.
• Conduct considered inappropriate by staff may result in expulsion from the facility and/or suspension of future park use.
• Any personal belongings or objects are the sole responsibility of the user. The skatepark is not responsible for loss, damage or theft.
• Any accident resulting from the user’s recklessness is solely his own responsibility. Each user must be aware of their ability and limits. All users and spectators accept and assume liability for any injuries, including paralysis and death.
• Observe what is happening around you. Do not snake – respect and do not cut other riders’ lines. Wait your turn and don’t pass in front of everyone.
• Be aware of your surroundings. Before you drop in, push off, or plan a line, look all around you and make sure you are not going to cut anyone off or crash into people.
