We have a private conference room available for your food and guests when we are open to the public.
We can also take requests for time outside of business hours as availability allows.
Conference Rental Cost:
Non-member cost is $300 for 2 hours
Member cost is $250 for 2 hours
*Any additional hour is an extra $50*
The conference room | Party package includes:
2 hours of access to the conference room *$50 extra per hour*
10 open skate all-day passes (value $25 each)
10 gear rental (value $5 per rental)
10 helmet rentals (value $5 per rental)
10 scooter or skateboard rentals (value $5 per rental)
Any additional riders (past 10) would pay for additional skate passes and rentals.
If you have interest in renting out GBASO for a private party, whereas GBASO closes during business hours, the cost will be $500/hr. All passes and rentals would be included for all of your guests. We ask that you have your skating/riding participants sign our waiver ahead of their arrival to GBASO. Guardians will have to sign for youth ages 17 & under. If you have already done so, we will have that on file. No need to sign again.
GBASO Waiver to Ride
You are welcome to bring anything you like for your party. We have some drinks and snacks available in our vending machine. You are welcome to come in 30 minutes prior to preparing for your guests. We are an all-wheel-friendly facility where helmets are required. We have scooters & skateboards on site for rental. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. Motorized equipment is not allowed.
