“compassion resilience”
for parents & caregivers

This in-person class offers a supportive environment where you can connect with others while focusing on your own well-being, all while your child rides in the park. With limited class sizes, you’ll get the personal support you need. All information shared will remain confidential, ensuring a safe space for open discussions.

Compassion Resilience is a class presented in partnership with Mental Health America of Wisconsin and it’s open to parents and caregivers of children of all ages—from babies to adults.
